FAQs

Insurance Coverage
Which insurance plans do you accept?
We are currently in-network with Regence, and First Choice Health Network. If your plan is not listed, we are considered out-of-network. Many families with out-of-network benefits may still receive partial to full reimbursement for our services .
How can I check my coverage?
We recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to inquire about coverage for speech and occupational therapy services. Key questions to ask include:
-
Do I have benefits for speech-language pathology and/or occupational therapy?
-
Are developmental therapy services covered?
-
What is my deductible, and has it been met?
-
Is pre-authorization required?
-
How many sessions are covered annually?
-
What is the reimbursement rate for out-of-network providers?
Are there services not covered by insurance?
Yes, certain services such as consultations, IEP and school meetings, travel to community settings, and missed appointments without advance notice may not be covered. Please refer to our attendance and cancellation policy in our intake for details .
Scheduling
How are therapy sessions scheduled?
We offer consistent weekly session times reserved specifically for your child, established through an agreement between you and our scheduling team. This consistency helps families plan effectively and allows our clinicians to maintain a stable schedule .
What if we're on a waitlist?
Families on our waitlist have the option to schedule sessions on a fill-in basis, depending on appointment availability. While these sessions may be less consistent, they provide interim support until a regular slot becomes available.
Can I change my child's schedule?
We understand that needs may change over time. Schedule changes are possible with ample notice, subject to availability and adherence to our attendance policies.

Intake Process
How do I start services?
To begin, please email to receive our intake paperwork

What does the intake paperwork include?
The intake packet includes forms to gather essential information about your child’s medical history, developmental milestones, and specific concerns. Completing this thoroughly helps us tailor our services to your child's unique needs.
What happens after submitting the intake forms?
Once we receive your completed paperwork, our team will review it and contact you to discuss the next steps, including scheduling an initial assessment and answering any questions you may have.
